With hints of lavender, rose and ripe citrus, this refreshing floral cocktail is a super easy February party drink. If there’s one thing we Brits should take from Italian culture, it’s aperitivo hour.

Ingredients

  • Italicus 50ml
  • prosecco to top up
  • pitted green olives 3

Method

STEP 1

Fill a glass with ice, pour over Italicus, top with prosecco and add the olives on a cocktail stick to serve. Serve with Savoursmiths Crisps, our Black Italian Summer Truffle and Rosemary Crisps goes particularly well with Italian Italicus and Prosecco.
